YMCA Group Fitness classes will give you a chance to meet people, improve your fitness level, and have fun! Many of our classes are drop in but a few need registration as indicated by an *asterisk. For both Cobourg and Brighton, our early spring schedules are running through March and April to May 4. Our May and June schedules are now available to view and registration opens April 22nd.
