YMCA Group Fitness classes will give you a chance to meet people, improve your fitness level, and have fun! Many of our classes are drop in but a few need registration as indicated by an *asterisk. For both Cobourg and Brighton, our current schedules are running until June 15. Our Summer schedule starts June 16. Some classes require registration, as indicated on the schedules.
