About the program

The UpTurn Program sponsored by the Ryan Huffman Foundation offers a free 3-month membership to YMCA Northumberland by referral from your support team.

With UpTurn, YMCA Northumberland looks to support people living with addictions on their journey to better mental health through physical activity with access to free programming and support from our staff.

Along with the 3 Month Membership to our Health and Fitness facilities, UpTurn connects you with a YThrive coach to get people started on their path to fitness, as well as access to Y@Home+ for online at-home workouts, and EatPlantJoy plant-based meal plan.
