COBOURG & CAMPBELLFORD Ys : Red Cross Babysitting Courses

For Youth Ages 11 – 16 years

Your child will build confidence, gain valuable skills, and become a great babysitter.

  • Basic First Aid
  • Caregiving skills for a variety of age groups
  • How to prevent and respond to emergencies

At  Campbellford Y (at Sunny Life Recreation and Wellness Centre):

    • Friday, September 18 | 5pm to 7pm AND
    • Saturday, September 19 | 10am to 4pm

At Cobourg Y:

    • Friday, October 23rd | 5pm to 7pm AND
    • Saturday, October 24th | 10am to 4pm

 

Cost is $77.25 Members / $98 Non-Members.

For Youth Ages 8 – 12 years

Your child will learn about being safe when they are at home and in their community without direct supervision.

  • Safety strategies for home and community
  • Basic first aid techniques
  • Staying safe when unsupervised

At Cobourg Y:

    • Saturday, September 26th | 10am to 4pm

At  Campbellford Y (at Sunny Life Recreation and Wellness Centre):

    • Saturday, October 17th | 10am to 4pm
