Everyone welcome AND all activities are free for the community.

The full suite of YMCA amenities includes a warming pool, 4 lane 25 metre pool, a conditioning centre with free weights, weight machines and cardio equipment, multiple changerooms, two studios and a multi-purpose space. The Trent Hills arena will also be open to enjoy for Free Skate – please bring your own skates.

Come in for a tour!

Our friendly staff will be offering tours of the facility throughout the day.

Anyone who has never visited the Y before should visit our Membership Services for their tour and additional information.
