At YMCA Northumberland, we want everyone who comes to our locations to find the support and spaces they need to meet their health, connection and well-being goals. To better understand if our YMCA is meeting your needs and expectations, we are conducting a YMCA Member Experience Survey through WorkWell.
This short online survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Your feedback will ensure our YMCA provides you with the best experience possible and continues to have a positive impact on the health and wellness of all our members and our community.
If you do not have online access to complete the survey, not to worry. Simply stop by our Membership Services desk and we will set you up with a tablet to complete the quick survey while visiting our facility.
The Survey will be available until Friday, November 1. And this year, we’re offering something special – everyone who takes the time to complete the questions can choose to enter in a draw for a chance to win $250 credit towards a Y Membership.
