Cycling FitCamp

This 2-2.5 hour group cycling class is suitable for riders that want to first maintain and then build their cycling capabilities. This is accomplished through a variety of cardio, muscular strength, and endurance routines.


A high-energy dance-based fitness party where we focus on the basic Latin rhythms – Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia and Reggaeton with a splash of Dance, Bollywood, Belly Dance, Hip Hop and any other rhythm you can move your hips and feet to!


A moderate intensity fat-burning, muscle-sculpting workout that combines interval training with a totalbody strength building program.


For those who want full body strength and cardio experience using dynamic, energizing music. You’ll be put through your paces with fun and upbeat choreography.

Chair Strength

Improve overall physical strength through seated exercises using the body or light weights and resistance bands mixed with gentle yoga postures and relaxation.
