Festive Fun and Fitness for all ages!

The YMCA Northumberland offers a bustling hub of activities during the holiday season, catering to individuals of all ages with a wide array of programs, classes and amenities available.

This holiday season, check out our full schedule of drop-in programming for children, youth and adults. Parents can bring their little ones, tweens or teens to engage in a variety of sports and games in the gym, playground or pool to add to the holiday fun.

Our pool is also open to enjoy for all ages and includes open swim times as well as lane swimming and aquatic classes.

Group fitness enthusiasts can enjoy much of our regular line up, and in the Cobourg location, a special touch of holiday spirit this year. Six themed classes add a festive flair. Whether it’s a intensive New Year’s countdown or a spirited spin workout to seasonal tunes, members can stay active while embracing the holiday atmosphere.

Special Student Pass Offer

Have a student home for the break? This year, we’re introducing a “Home for the Holidays Student Pass.” Priced* at just $30 in Cobourg and $24 in Brighton, this pass grants students a 3-week all-inclusive full-access membership. Our new pass invites students to make the most of their holiday break by enjoying all the amenities and activities the YMCA has to offer. Ask for it at Membership Services.

*To participate, student must be between 15 and 29 years of age and have valid student identification. Pass begins at 7am on December 17th, 2023 and ends on January 7th, 2024 at 5pm.
