Please complete the Application Form below to become a vendor at the 2026 Senior Active Living Fair at the Cobourg YMCA. Please submit your application by 4pm on Thursday, October 1, 2026. Thank you! Space is limited to 45 tables. Should space fill up due to a high degree of interest, space will be provided based on when your application form was received.
