February 19th Schedule
Cobourg YMCA Location has a special schedule for this year’s Family Day – February 19, 2024. We will be offering a mix of our usual activities plus a few new options. Most regularly scheduled Group Fitness classes will not be running.
The facility is open from 7:00am to 5:00pm.
IN THE GYM
FAMILY BOOTCAMP (for Adults & Children 6yrs.+)*
- 10:00am – 10:45am: You’ll have fun sweating, laughing and exercising together! Team up and use your muscles, lift your body weight, overcome playful obstacles, and sprint and jump through a course that everyone will enjoy!
PICKLEBALL
- 11:15am – 12:15am
- 12:15am – 1:15pm
OPEN GYM
- 1:30pm – 5:00pm
PENTEL PLAYGROUND
- 8:00am – 10:00am
- 1:30pm – 5:00pm
*If you have little ones under 6 years of age, staff will be on site to supervise play in the Pentel Playground during the bootcamp. The Climbing Wall and Playcentre will not be open.
No other Group Fitness Classes will be running on the 19th.

- 7:00am – 8:45am
AQUAFIT
- 9:00am – 9:45am

OPEN SWIM
- 1:00pm – 5:00pm
BRIGHTON LOCATION SCHEDULE
The Brighton YMCA will also open on Family Day from 9am to 2pm. Please note that no Group Fitness Classes will be running on February 19th.
