This holiday season, group fitness enthusiasts can enjoy special holiday classes at the Cobourg location, bringing some holiday and New Year spirit to your fitness experience. Whether it’s an intensive New Year’s countdown or a spirited spin workout to seasonal tunes, members can stay active while embracing the holiday atmosphere.
